Fast Overnight
Do not eat or drink anything (except water) for 8–12 hours before the test. Avoid food after 10 PM the night before.
Stay Hydrated
Drink plain water normally during your fasting period. Being well-hydrated makes blood collection easier and quicker.
Avoid These
No gym, heavy exercise, alcohol, or smoking for 24 hours before the test. Intense activity can skew CBC and CRP results significantly.
Medicines & Supplements
